The consulting practice exists because not every problem is a software problem. Sometimes the right answer is “rip out half of what you’ve built.” Sometimes it’s “buy the SaaS.” Sometimes it’s “your real problem is your data, not your interface.”
We’re paid for the read, not for the code. If at the end of discovery we tell you not to build, that’s a successful engagement.
When to call us
- You’re about to spend > $250k on a build and want a second opinion.
- A vendor pitched you something and you can’t tell if it’s real.
- Your existing stack is slowing the business and you don’t know which 30% to rip out.
- You need a fractional CTO for board meetings and architectural decisions.
When not to call us
- You want someone to validate a decision you’ve already made. We’ll tell you what we think, not what you want to hear.
